Janne Fettenas JUL LAXEN 2008 competition was held today, which was the Swedish year's coldest day for trolling. The morning temperature was 17 degrees below zero, and inspite of the cold and ice 17 brave hearted boat teams took part. Their goal was to catch the biggest fish in the competition and win this years title of Jul Laxen Champion. This year's winner was Team Sportfiske Akademin with team members Lollo, Lilleman, Krille. Their winning fish was a salmon that weighed 5.96 kg. The fish was caught using a watermelon VK Raksi bait holder, and Lollo says that was the bait that worked best today.Congratulations
